The “Naftoproduct” company offers a wide range of OPTIMAL transmission oils for manual, automatic, and automated gearboxes, reducers, and axles.
Available packaging from 1 to 200 liters, delivery across Ukraine, wholesale prices for regular customers.
We will select the right oil for your car or machinery according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and provide quality certificates.
Purchasing transmission oil means taking care of your gearbox. Since there are 4 types of gearboxes, oils and fluids also differ. Choosing the right oil is the guarantee of long-lasting and trouble-free transmission operation. Lubricants for gearboxes are used according to specific schedules. It is also worth noting that transmission oils are used for friction units, transmissions, reducers, and axles. The correct choice determines the service life and reliable performance of the equipment.
Wear of gearbox parts can cause serious issues in a vehicle’s operation. Transmission oil coats the gearbox with a protective oily film, shielding it from mechanical and thermal loads.
Main functions of transmission oil:
reduce friction and wear of gears and bearings;
protect against corrosion and oxidation;
dissipate heat and prevent overheating;
maintain viscosity across a wide temperature range.
Depending on the type of gearbox (automated, CVT, automatic, manual), oil change intervals range from 20,000 to 300,000 kilometers. Oil density should remain stable despite temperature fluctuations, and viscosity determines its lubricating performance.
Transmission oils are classified by composition:
Semi-synthetic — a blend of synthetic and mineral bases with additives.
Synthetic — produced through synthesis, compatible with various additive packages, and highly thermally stable.
Mineral — derived from petroleum, used in less loaded units or older machinery.
SAE Classification
The SAE classification defines the seasonal suitability of oil: winter, summer, or all-season. All-season oils are most popular, providing consistent protection in both cold and hot weather.
API GL Classification
The API GL rating (GL-4, GL-5, etc.) indicates wear protection levels and permissible loads. For example, GL-4 is used for standard gearboxes, while GL-5 is for high-load hypoid gears.
MT (Manual Transmission) — oils with high load-carrying capacity (typically API GL-4 or GL-5) to protect gear teeth.
AT (Automatic Transmission) — special ATF fluids with optimal flow and friction properties.
CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission) — specific CVT fluids ensuring proper belt or chain grip on pulleys.
Automated Manual Gearboxes — may use either MT oils or special fluids, but strictly as per the manufacturer’s approval.
Important: Oils for different gearbox types are not interchangeable. Using the wrong product can cause severe transmission damage.
We offer oils for various types of transmissions and operating conditions:
OPTIMAL ATF III — semi-synthetic all-season oil for commercial, heavy-duty, and passenger vehicles, as well as automatic transmissions. Recommended for Ford MERCON.
OPTIMAL ATF IID — universal fluid for automatic transmissions in buses, minibuses, cars, and trucks.
OPTIMAL TM-5-18 Super — premium oil with European additive packages for heavy-duty transmissions.
OPTIMAL TM-5-18 — for rear-wheel-drive cars, trucks, pickups, vans, and minibuses.
OPTIMAL TM-4-12 SAE 80W85 — all-season oil for manual gearboxes and front-wheel-drive cars.
OPTIMAL 85W140 — for heavy-duty equipment operating in harsh conditions.
OPTIMAL TAD-17I — mineral all-season oil for trucks and special machinery.
OPTIMAL TAP-15V — mineral all-season oil for axles and reducers.
OPTIMAL Nigrol — mineral summer oil for transmissions.
